NOTE: Space is limited due to studio size so register early. Please note that you’re registering for the full two-day workshop. It’s not possible to attend just one day.

How often in our very full lives do we take the time to simply follow a thread inside ourselves and get curious about where it leads?
In Threads of Discovery, hosted by Lisa DeLand and Suzie Gruber, we’ll spend two days together dancing the 5Rhythms interspersed with writing opportunities so that we honor all forms of the impulse to move.
Throughout the weekend we’ll invite curiosity, kindness and attention to our discovery process as we explore ways to incubate, ways to express and ways to meet our busy minds as we expand our capacity for connection with ourselves and others.

Your Hosts
Lisa DeLand and Suzie Gruber have been friends for over 15 years. Curious and creative, we share a love of learning, growing and adventuring and of course, movement.
Certified and accredited by Gabrielle Roth in 2008 to teach the 5Rhythms®, Lisa lives in Austin, TX where she offers classes, events, series and individual sessions. She also tutors children and supports parents to understand how to support their child’s learning style.
Also certified by Gabrielle Roth in 2008, Suzie offers online personal development coaching to help people live their best lives while honoring the patterns left behind by early experiences. Residing in Meridian, ID, Suzie educates helping professionals about relational trauma.

Venue & Parking
We’re dancing in The Underground (Studio), which is in the Gateway Building, 613 N. River St. Hailey, ID 83333. The studio is downstairs. Free street parking is readily available.

Please allow time for arriving, parking and settling in.
Attire
Loose, comfortable clothing is suggested. Water bottles can be re-filled on site.
Cancellations
You may cancel your registration until midnight MT time on Oct 1, 2024 and receive a $200 refund. No refunds are possible after Oct 1.
