Description
Source In Motion is a deep dive into how energy as life-force moves through our bodies, hearts, minds, souls and Spirits.
Using the maps of the 5Rhythms and fueled by curiosity, we explore and broaden our movement vocabularies and experiences while deepening our personal and collective practices.
While each class is a whole and complete offering on its own, classes will build on each other, arching like the Wave the 5Rhythms create.

Scholarships and work trade available in advance on a case by case basis.
Venue Parking
The venue is: Yoga Vida, 3620 Bee Caves Rd, Ste A, ATX 78746. If the parking spots are full in front of Yoga Vida, you’re welcome to park anywhere in the Westlake Square shopping center which continues past Yoga Vida, facing onto Bee Caves Rd.
Class Guidelines
Timing
Warm-up begins at 7:45pm. Doors close at 8:15pm.
Attire
Loose, comfortable clothing & water bottle are suggested.
Health Protocols
If you don’t feel well, have a fever, are contagious, or are within a 10-day window of exposure or infection please do not come to class. You are welcome to wear a mask.
